Outside Delivery Policy

Delivery Method

All large or heavy items—such as shipping containers, container homes, and oversized units—are delivered outside your property, typically to:

  • Curbside
  • Driveway
  • Yard
  • Nearest safe accessible location

Drivers are not allowed to bring items inside buildings or perform installation.

Accessible Location Requirements

To complete delivery successfully, the drop-off area must:

  • Be accessible for trucks or forklifts
  • Have enough space for unloading
  • Be free of obstacles or restricted access

If the area is inaccessible, re-delivery or additional equipment fees may apply.

Customer Presence

We recommend being present during delivery to:

  • Inspect the item
  • Confirm the drop-off location
  • Sign for delivery (if required)

If no one is available, the driver will leave the item at the safest accessible outdoor location.

Unloading & Equipment Charges

Special equipment (crane, forklift, tilt-bed truck) may incur additional charges depending on your delivery location and product type.

Inspection & Damage

Inspect your item immediately upon delivery.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos or videos.

Customs Duty Policy

Responsibility for Customs Fees

For international shipments, all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and government fees are the customer’s responsibility.
These charges are not included in product price or shipping fees unless clearly stated.

Every country has different rules. Customers are responsible for checking:

  • Local import laws
  • Duty rates for containers or prefabricated structures
  • Required documentation

Customs Clearance

Customs may require:

  • Identification
  • Invoice and packing list
  • Additional inspection or verification

Any delays caused by customs processing are out of our control.

Non-Payment of Duties

If duties or taxes are not paid:

  • The shipment may be held, returned, or disposed of
  • Storage or return fees may be charged
  • Abandoned items are not refundable

We provide:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • HS code
  • Export documents

We cannot change declared values or break customs regulations.
