Order Processing & Delivery (USA)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the product and destination.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping is available on all orders.

  • Shipping Partners: We ship exclusively via UPS and FedEx Truckload for fast and secure delivery.

    • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).

    • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 21–28 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the product and destination.

    • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

    • Shipping Cost: $999

      All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any government fees are the responsibility of the customer.
      These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated.

    • Shipping Partners: We ship exclusively via UPS and FedEx Truckload for fast and secure delivery.

Change of Delivery Address

Once an order is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been confirmed. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for additional details.

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Before accepting delivery: Please refuse the package and notify our customer service immediately.

  • After delivery: If the package was left without your presence, contact our support team right away for assistance with the next steps.
